Between Pinterest, blogs, and a simple search on google, it’s pretty easy to find recipes. With SO MANY options out there I have found it overwhelming at times wondering which blogs to follow and which recipes to try. Today I want to share a list of blogs I have found myself going back to over and over again. These blogs have tried and true recipes I have had great success with. Next time you are meal planning, here are a few blogs to check out.
Tried + True Blogs:
100 Days of Real Food (a great place to start if you want to eat more real foods vs. processed foods)
KathEats (recipes and inspiration to live a healthy life with her little boy, Mazen)
Fitnessista (recipes, workouts and inspiration to live a healthy life with her husband and two little girls)
Eating Bird Food (mostly gluten-free)
Inspiralized (so many ways to use an inspiralizer)
Oh She Glows (vegetarian)
Detoxinista (vegan, gluten-free & paleo friendly)
Skinnytaste (full of recipes that can easily be adapted based on your eating preference)
Minimalist Baker (10 ingredients or less, one bowl, or 30 minutes or less to prepare)
Thug Kitchen (warning: the website and cookbook are full of profanity, but great recipes)
Forks Over Knives (vegetarian)
Are you on Instagram? All of these bloggers have Instagram account worth following too. Seeing their pictures and watching their Instagram Stories inspire me to be healthy throughout my day and week.

Many food bloggers tend to have their own style and favorite ingredients like using quinoa more than rice or using some, or a combination, of the same five spices to make fantastic recipes. After trying recipes from different blogs you will be able to see which blogs you get recipes from more than others. Then you can invest in a cookbook with even more recipes to have on hand. Even though I still get recipes from blogs on a weekly basis, I have been using cookbooks more lately.
